Requirements:
- Complete MCSA international Exams
- Active Directory installation and support
- DNS troubleshooting
- General LAN administration
Position: Desktop Support Technician
Description: Microsoft Desktop Support
Requirements:
- MCDST Certified
- Experience with common hardware
- Experience with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Experience setting up local and network printers
